The name Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe was founded by Isia Zlkartesí, who was culturaly Constructi.
Climate

Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe receives an average of 314 cm/y (123 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2140 m (7020 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1424, by Isia Zlkartesí. The establishment of Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe's construction back out of the project. Isia Zlkartesí pushed on reguardles, and Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad paverstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
A look around Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It’s a quiet town filled with closed scriptoriums, people quietly yet dejectedly reading in isolated places around town, and the occasional book laying in a heap of garbage.
Civic Infrastructure
Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe.

Cultural Notes
The law within Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe is highly corrupt, or does not apply to certain favored groups or castes. Strangers might be fleeced by local lawmen, evildoers can be absolved by a payment, and powerful gentry do as they please.
Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

The resulting flood was isolated to the area around Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe, which was swallowed by the waters for several days. Wæm Ǐsìi Ìwe lost 257 people, 328 livestock, and 59 buildings in the disaster. The disaster is remembered as the Agony Drownings.
